How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order products are either new or those that are currently sold out and on their way to Vegan Island Pantry. The estimated timeframe for pre-orders will be listed in the product description, and these products will be clearly labeled as “pre-order” in the product title. Please note that your entire order will be fulfilled when the pre-order product is in stock.
What shipping materials do you use?
We use gently used materials from our own stock shipments for packing, such as packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and boxes. Only the label and tape are new, helping us reduce waste and keep our process eco-friendly.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
How can I receive my order?
We currently offer three options:
- Local Pickup: Free pickup at Gaia’s Urban Eatery (62 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI C1A 4A6).
- Local Delivery: We deliver across PEI with our electric vehicle. Please see our Shipping page for rates.
- Shipping: We ship across Canada for those outside PEI.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Stratford, PEI, just outside of Charlottetown.
Are all products vegan?
Yes! Every product at Vegan Island Pantry is 100% vegan, so you can shop with confidence.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a selection of gluten-free items listed in our Gluten Free collection.
Are your prices tax-free?
Yes, we do not charge tax.
Can I return or exchange items?
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
